Kristine Devine

I bring over twenty years of real estate experience to my clients. In 2004 I created The Kristine Devine Group (now Devine Properties) to ensure that my clients could work with the specialists they need for the increasingly complex real estate market. My marketing, financing, and contract specialists work in unison to ensure that the sale or purchase of your home is handled with the utmost professionalism. You can expect to be guided through every facet of your real estate transaction with a cohesive team strategy. As a Designated REALTOR®, I am a member of The NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® which has nine affiliated Institutes, Societies, and Councils that provide a wide-ranging menu of programs and services that assists its members in increasing real estate skills, productivity and knowledge. I am designated as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). Since 1977, CRS has been the symbol of excellence in residential real estate. The Designation is awarded to experienced REALTORS® who complete advanced training in listing and selling, and meet rigorous production requirements. I am a member of the Womens Council of REALTORS® which is a network of successful REALTORS® empowering women to exercise their potential as entrepreneurs and industry leaders. I am e-PRO® designated. e-PRO® is a revolutionary training program to certify real estate agents and brokers as Internet Professionals. e-PRO® is not just about technology, it's about how you can leverage your most powerful asset, your people-skills, into doing more business on the Internet. e-PRO® includes exhaustive Internet training, a unique competitive advantage & professional distinction keeping me on top of real estate Internet and technology. I am a graduate of the REALTOR® Institute and have been awarded the GRI Designation. Sue Henstein, CNE, Buyer Relocation Specialist 

Sue moved to the Valley of the Sun from Michigan in 1981. She has lived all over the Valley since that time including Ahwatukee, Tempe, Mesa, and Gilbert, where she now resides with her husband and daughter. Her knowledge of the Valley will make the experience of finding your dream home a true pleasure. She is also a CNE designated Realtor. The CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert) designation is becoming recognized as one of the top new designations in real estate. She confidently negotiates superior win-win outcomes for her clients. Sue is committed to her clients and will provide you with excellent customer service.  

Carol Chaplin 

Carol is a buyer specialist who moved to the Valley in 2001 from California, but is originally from Colorado. She currently lives in Queen Creek with her husband and 3 children. Carol is a specialist in the Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, and Gilbert areas, however, she works valleywide. Carol has been a licensed Realtor since 2007. She takes considerable care in listening to her clients and prides herself in listening to her buyers wants and needs.
 

Glenn Copper 

Glenn was born in Eton, England and moved to the Valley of the Sun in 1999. He has worked in real estate both in England and Arizona for over 20 years. Glenn has lived in Scottsdale and Mesa before moving to Gilbert in 2005. He is a dedicated professional who excels in customer service and making his clients experience as pleasurable as possible. Glenn believes that good communication at all states of a sale or purchase is critical to his clients needs in addition to finding out the absolute wants, needs, and desires of his clients at the very beginning of the relationship allowing him to fulfill their expectations as much as possible. He is hard working, diligent, and extrememly personable and is an excellent negotiator who specializes in working with buyers.
